Starting my fitness journey I was anxious and self conscious because I din’t know what to do or where to start, I just knew what results I wanted. Molly has stood on the sidelines with unconditional support and fait and she keeps me motivated to come back to the gym and persevere for results. I don’t think that I would have come this far without Molly. I am a more driven and determined person with so much more hope ad confidence to throw myself into the fitness world and its all thanks to her!
